For Salon Services
Since we provide personalized hair styling and grooming services, all service payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
For Products Purchased (If applicable)
Our return and refund policy for physical products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges
